The Adventures of Goonie & Ardy
Goonie Gopher and Ardy Aardvark met when they were mere babies and became very close friends. The were joined by other friends like Hedgy the Hedgehog, they met Elvis and had many great adventures!
The true story below happened on one of their adventures.
One day Goonie, Ardy and Hedgy were traveling and having a great time in the deep woods.. They were chasing each others tails, their own tails and anyones elses tails that happenend to be in the woods!
Then Ardy saw the most beautiful aardvark! He asked her what her name was and he found out it was Nancy. She had nicest smile and the deepest blue eyes he had ever known.
They ended up married and Ardy, being Ardy, took Nancy for granted at times. The Elder aardvark, Orrin, told him she was slipping away. Ardy, of course, knew more than the elder!
Even Goonie tried to tell him, but what did Goonie know?
One day Goonie hit Ardy between the eyes with a BIG stick(it was his 7th try)Ardy finally listened, but was afraid it may be too late!

I once held love in the flat of my paw, it shimmered and glowed. I thought love would always stay, because of the way that it flowed, I don't want to throw it all away!
I once held her in my arms, whispered words of love, I thought we could always hold each other that way. I don't want to throw it all away!
She is like a river of love, that flows through me, I looked at my paw and saw love drifting away, it seemed to drift into the wind. I look at her now and don't what say, I love her and will every day, did I throw it all away?
